CZOR and partner organisations are officially launching Work Package 3 of the DoUth project, which focuses on empowering young people to design and implement their own creative, sustainable and socially impactful initiatives across the Western Balkans.
To prepare for this new phase, between April and July 2025 the consortium completed a cycle of internal capacity-building sessions on Artivism, Doughnut Economy, and Social Entrepreneurship, delivered by our partners – Act for Society, SIT and Growunited. These sessions strengthened the skills of our teams and set the foundation for the next step: regional masterclasses that will take place in November 2025.
The masterclasses will be open not only to project partners but also to other youth workers from the region, offering an opportunity to explore innovative methods and gain practical tools they will later use when working with young people.
Work Package 3 includes three core activities:
- Youngsters run Brain Gain pilot projects
- SE Challenge
- Brain Gain Summit
Starting from December 2025, trained youth workers from WB partner organisations’ economies (CZOR, SIT, Act for society and IPD) will begin working with their youth groups – 35 young people per economy – supporting them in developing, testing and implementing their own ideas using the methodologies introduced in the masterclasses.
In the coming months, you can expect:
- announcements for masterclass registration,
- updates on youth-led pilot projects,
- stories from the field,
- and invitations to the regional Brain Gain Summit.

CZOR i partnerske organizacije zvanično pokreću Radni paket 3 projekta DoUth, koji je usmeren na osnaživanje mladih da osmisle i realizuju sopstvene kreativne, održive i društveno korisne inicijative širom Zapadnog Balkana.
Kako bismo se pripremili za ovu fazu, između aprila i jula 2025. realizovali smo ciklus internih radionica o artivizmu, ekonomiji krofne i socijalnom preduzetništvu, koje su vodili naši partneri – Act for Society, SIT i Growunited. Ove radionice su ojačale kompetencije partnera i postavile temelje za sledeći korak: regionalne masterklasove koji će biti održani u novembru 2025. godine.
Masterklasovi će biti otvoreni ne samo za partnere projekta, već i za druge omladinske radnike/ce iz regiona, kako bi što šira zajednica imala priliku da istraži inovativne metode i stekne praktične alate za rad sa mladima.
Radni paket 3 obuhvata tri ključne aktivnosti:
- Brain Gain pilot projekti mladih
- SE Challenge – izazov socijalnog preduzetništva
- Brain Gain samit
Od decembra 2025. godine, obučeni omladinski radnici počeće rad sa svojim grupama mladih – 35 mladih po ekonomiji Zapadnog Balkana koja učestvuje u projektu – pružajući im podršku u osmišljavanju, testiranju i realizaciji sopstvenih ideja zasnovanih na metodologijama sa masterklasova.
U narednim mesecima javnost može očekivati:
- otvaranje prijava za masterklasove,
- novosti o omladinskim pilot projektima,
- priče iz prakse,
- kao i poziv na regionalni Brain Gain Summit.
