Nedostatak ve\u0161tina je ve\u0107\u0301 prime\u0107en u odre\u0111enim sektorima kao \u0161to je IT sektor.\u00a0 IT sektor nudi mnoge mogu\u0107nosti za zapo\u0161ljavanje razli\u010ditih nivoa slo\u017eenosti i stoga je veoma pogodan za prekvalifikaciju, posebno za mlade, koji su u svakodnevnom kontaktu sa IT-om.<\/p>\n<p>Formalno obrazovanje ne uspeva da odgovori adekvatno i blagovremeno na brze promene u potrebama tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada. Nedostatak mekih ve\u0161tina i prakti\u010dnih iskustava poslodavci u zemljama Zapadnog Balkana \u010desto navode kao najve\u0107i problem. Za razliku od formalnog obrazovanja koje stvarati \u201eprobleme\u201c zbog visokih zahteva administracije, neformalno obrazovanje mo\u017ee brzo da odgovori na te izazove zbog svoje fleksibilnosti. Dodatni izazov za obrazovanje donosi 4.0. industrijska revolucija. Problem u budu\u0107nosti ne\u0107e biti nedostatak zaposlenja, ve\u0107\u0301 nedostatak ve\u0161tina koje \u0107e zahtevati nova radna mesta. Potrebno je kombinovati digitalne, prenosive i preduzetni\u010dke kompetencije, osna\u017euju\u0107i mlade ne samo da tra\u017ee otvorene mogu\u0107nosti za posao, ve\u0107\u0301 i da stvaraju nova radna mesta i deluju globalno. Meke ili prenosive ve\u0161tine, mladi upravo sti\u010du kroz programe omladinskog rada. Zbog nedostatka me\u0111usektorske saradnje, postoje\u0107e slu\u017ebe za zapo\u0161ljavanje mladih koje sprovode OCD u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva su jednodimenzionalne \u2013 fokusirane samo na jedan aspekt: digitalne ve\u0161tine, preduzetni\u0161tvo, praksa ili meke ve\u0161tine. \u010cak i ako mlada osoba poha\u0111a kurs za stru\u010dno usavr\u0161avanje, na kraju im nedostaje jedna od klju\u010dnih kompetencija za zapo\u0161ljavanje, \u0161to ih primorava da poha\u0111aju nekoliko programa, \u0161to dovodi do konfuzije i demotivacije.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSVE NA JEDNOM MESTU\u201c predstavlja model integrisanih usluga za zapo\u0161ljivost mladih koji nisu u sistemu obrazovanja, radnom odnosu, niti u sistemu obuke (mladi iz \u201eNEET\u201c populacije), zasnovan na \u201eone-stop-shop\u201c metodologiji, koji na jednom mestu omogu\u0107ava mladima da razviju ve\u0161tine i znanja neophodna za unapre\u0111enje njihovih sposobnosti za zapo\u0161ljavanje i povezivanje sa malim i srednjim preduze\u0107ima i IT kompanijama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSve na jednom mestu\u201d je program obuke namenjen mladim ljudima koji \u017eele da unaprede svoje znanje i ve\u0161tine i u potrazi su za poslom. Bez obzira kojom profesijom planirate da se bavite, kori\u0161\u0107enje savremenih digitalnih alata, preduzetni\u010dke i meke ve\u0161tine su sastavni deo svakog posla, te smo u skladu sa tim i kreirali \u201eOne stop shop\u201c model koji na jednom mestu obuhvata sve \u0161to je potrebno mladima kako bi brzo i lako do\u0161li do posla.<\/p>\n<p>Program se sastoji iz 3 kursa koja \u0107e se organizovati u periodu od januara do novembra 2022.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kurs mekih ve\u0161tina<\/li>\n<li>Kurs digitalnog marketinga<\/li>\n<li>Kurs preduzetni\u0161tva u IT-ju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Postoji veliki broj kurseva, ali ono po \u010demu se program obuka \u201eSve na jednom mestu\u201c izdvaja je \u010dinjenica da pokriva kompletan i zaokru\u017een set ve\u0161tina na jednom mestu, uz fokus na budu\u0107e zaposlenje.<\/p>\n<p>U okviru obuke 25 stipendija bi\u0107e dodeljene.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko polaznik uspe\u0161no pro\u0111e kurseve, dobija priliku da u drugoj fazi programa radi na konkretnoj izradi IT biznis ideje uz direktnu podr\u0161ku uspe\u0161nih mentora \/ predstavnika firmi, i to u trajanju od 3 meseca.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e \u0107e imati mogu\u0107nost da svoju biznis ideju predstave u okviru \u201eElevator pitch\u201c doga\u0111aja i u\u0111u u top 6 timova koji \u0107e dobiti podr\u0161ku u vidu biznis savetovanja, podr\u0161ku pri nala\u017eenju dodatnih finansijskih sredstava i ostalih va\u017enih elemenata za po\u010detak biznisa.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat \u201eSVE NA JEDNOM MESTU \u2013 Za socijalnu inkluziju i zapo\u0161ljivost mladih\u201c dvogodi\u0161nji je program koji Centar za omladinski rad (Srbija) sprovodi u partnerstvu sa Forum MNE (Crna Gora), Kancelarijom za mlade Novi Pazar i\u00a0 Gra\u0111anskom inicijativom mladih Ro\u017eaje (Crna Gora), u 6 op\u0161tina prekograni\u010dnog regiona Sand\u017eak u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SVE NA JEDNOM MESTU \u2013 Za socijalnu inkluziju i zapo\u0161ljivost mladih &nbsp; Kontinuirana emigracija \u2013 posebno mladih i visokokvalifikovanih \u2013 stvara neuskla\u0111enost izme\u0111u raspolo\u017eivih ve\u0161tina i potrebnog sastava radne snage.
