Cilj konferencije bilo je okupljanje predstavnika\/ca organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva i institucija, partnera i saradnika na projektu ali i onih aktera koji imaju interes za uspostavljenje funkcionalne me\u0111usektorske saradnje, radi unapre\u0111enja polo\u017eaja dece i mladih iz udaljenih zajednica i njihove bolje za\u0161tite od alkohol \u0161tete. Konferenciji su prisustvovali brojni predstavnici i predstavnice institucija, ustanova i organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva koje rade sa decom i mladima u udaljenim zajednicama, ali i institucije koje prepoznaju ovu ciljnu grupu kao va\u017enu i \u017eele da unaprede kvalitet podr\u0161ke i usluga koje se trenutno pru\u017eaju u udaljenim zajedincama Novog Sada. Okupljeni su akteri iz razli\u010ditih sektora: civilno dru\u0161tvo (organizacije koje se bave temama zdravlja, prevencije socijalnog isklju\u010divanja, psiholo\u0161ke podr\u0161ke), institucije obrazovanja (osnovne \u0161kole iz lokalnih zajednica), predstavnici donosilaca odluka (Kancelarija za saradnju sa civilnim dru\u0161tvom Grada Novog Sada), sektor zapo\u0161ljavanja (Nacionalna slu\u017eba za zapo\u0161ljavanje \u2013 filijala Novi Sad), za\u0161titnici gra\u0111ana (na pokrajinskom i lokalnom nivou), romska udru\u017eenja, zdravstvene institucije, predstavnici omladinskih radnika\/ca i islamske zajednice.<\/p>\n

Ovom prilikom predstavljen je sam projekat i kori\u0161\u0107ena metodologija, kao i rezultati istra\u017eivanja koje je prethodilo realizaciji programa, a koje je predstavila saradnica CZOR-a, omladinska radnica i psiholo\u0161kinja Selka Sadikovi\u0107. Nakon predstavljanja postignutih rezultata projekta i primera uspe\u0161ne saradnje od strane koordinatorke projekta Dajne Marinkovi\u0107, usledila je iscrpna diskusija sa okupljenima o tome kako je saradnja izgledala tokom projekta i kako mo\u017ee biti unapre\u0111ena. Brojni predstavnici institucija izrazili su svoje interesovanje da u narednom periodu budu uklju\u010deni u konkretnu realizaciju te predlo\u017eili nove modele saradnje kao i uklju\u010divanje drugih zainteresovanih aktera.<\/p>\n

Kao jedna od najugro\u017eenijih dru\u0161tvenih grupa, deca i mladi iz udaljenih zajednica \u010desto ostaju isklju\u010dena iz postoje\u0107ih usluga i programa podr\u0161ke, delom zato \u0161to se radi o vrlo heterogenoj grupi, koja je delimi\u010dno uklju\u010dena u programe podr\u0161ke romske populacije, ali se uglavnom ne prepoznaje kao posebna skupina korisnika\/ca, a delom zato \u0161to zahteva posebne kompetencije i resurse kako bi bila dosegnuta i uklju\u010dena. Naro\u010dito je neprimetna i nepostoje\u0107a podr\u0161ka u vidu prevencije rizi\u010dnog pona\u0161anja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i konzumaciju alkohola i za\u0161titu od alkohol \u0161tete, gde se sistem oslanja na \u0161kolu kao vaspitno-obrazovnu ustanovu, ali deca i mladi iz osetljivih dru\u0161tvenih grupa u naj\u010de\u0161\u0107em broju slu\u010dajeva vrlo rano napu\u0161taju ove ustanove ili ih samo formalno poha\u0111aju. Zbog toga institucije, kao \u0161to je Pokrajinski i Lokalni ombudsman, vide jasnu potrebu za saradnjom sa civilnim dru\u0161tvom, ali i ve\u0107om umre\u017eeno\u0161\u0107u i saradnjom samih institucija, od kojih su se neke po prvi put susrele na ovoj konferenciji i razmenile svoja iskustva i potrebe.<\/p>\n

Okupljeni su posebno pozdravili metodologiju izme\u0161tenog rada, koja podrazumeva rad u samim lokalnim zajednicama, te naglasili da je upravo izme\u0161tanje iz kancelarija i uop\u0161te posedovanje znanja i ve\u0161tina ali i ljudskih i finansijskih resursa za takav rad ne\u0161to \u0161to prepoznaju kao prednost civilnog dru\u0161tva u odnosu na svoje kapacitete, te naglasili potrebu za ve\u0107im umre\u017eavanjem i saradnjom. Predstavnici institucija su naglasili da im je zna\u010dajno da saznaju za ovakve primere, jer su deca i mladih iz udaljenih zajednica vi\u0161estruko marginalizovani i ugro\u017eeni te je neophodno paralelno raditi na vi\u0161e problema sa kojima se suo\u010davaju, a koji uti\u010du na njihovu socijalnu isklju\u010denost.<\/p>\n

Glavna poruka konferencije bila je \u2013 otvaranje vrata<\/strong>. Predstavnici institucija istakli su zahvalnost za priliku da \u010duju za primere dobre prakse i prepoznaju svoju ulogu u ve\u0107 postoje\u0107im programima i uslugama, dok su predstavnici organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva pozdravili volju institucija da se uklju\u010de u ovakve programe i naglasili va\u017enost ovakvih projekata i zajedni\u010dke saradnje institucija i OCD.<\/p>\n

Na samom kraju, CZOR je iskoristio priliku i da svojim partnerima i saradnicima na projektu uru\u010di zahvalnice za gotovo dve godine kontinuirane podr\u0161ke i me\u0111usobnog razumevanja, a sve u cilju za\u0161tite dece i mladih od \u0161tete uzrokovane alkoholom. Jo\u0161 jednom, CZOR se posebno zahvaljuje: Centru Srce<\/a>, Institutu za javno zdravlje Vojvodine<\/a>, Omladini JAZAS Novi Sad<\/a>, OPENS-u<\/a>, Novosadskom humanitarnom centru<\/a>, Me\u0161ihatu islamske zajednice \u2013 Muftijstvo novosadsko<\/a>, Gradskoj biblioteci u Novom Sadu<\/a> i ogranku ,,Trifun Dimi\u0107\u2019\u2019 u \u0160angaju, Kulturnoj stanici ,,Barka\u2019\u2019<\/a> te Mesnoj zajednici \u0160angaj.<\/p>\n

Verujemo da Novi Sad ne\u0107e stati na ovim primerima dobre prakse, te da \u0107e u narednom periodu porasti broj ovakvih i sli\u010dnih inicijativa, uz stalnu koordinaciju, komunikaciju i podr\u0161ku institucija, ustanova i organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva.<\/p>\n
