Deca i mladi koji \u017eive u ovim zajednicama naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se nalaze u polo\u017eaju vi\u0161estruke diskriminacije, u riziku od socijalne isklju\u010denosti i siroma\u0161tva. Na\u0161 cilj bio je da ispitamo kakva je veza alkohol \u0161tete i konzumacije alkohola sa faktorima koji dovode do socijalne isklju\u010denosti i siroma\u0161tva i da li su oni me\u0111usobno uticajni.<\/p>\n

Sa ovom idejom, prikupili smo informacije od dece i mladih, njihovih roditelja\/staratelja, ali i organizacija i institucija koje pru\u017eaju podr\u0161ku ovim ciljnim grupama na razli\u010ditim nivoima. Ovde ukratko predstavljamo neke od zaklju\u010daka istra\u017eivanja, a celokupan izve\u0161taj mo\u017eete prona\u0107i OVDE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Participativno istra\u017eivanje zasnovano na potrebama zajednice pokazuje da vulnerabilna deca, mladi i njihovi roditelji u rizi\u010dnim susedstvima isti\u010du ustvari sli\u010dne potrebe i sli\u010dne probleme kao klju\u010dne u svojoj zajednici. Ti problemi se odnose na: strukturu (izolaciju) samog naselja, bezbednost mladih, problem zapo\u0161ljivosti, nedostatak prostora za provo\u0111enje slobodnog vremena mladih, udaljenost institucija, ili nedovoljna saradnja sa zvani\u010dnim institucijama. Stanovnici i stanovnice Klise, Adica i \u0160angaja smatraju da bi najefikasniji programi za mlade bili oni koji bi se sprovodili u samoj zajednici u kojoj mladi \u017eive, a koji bi im omogu\u0107ili da razvijaju svoje osnovne ve\u0161tine pisanja, \u010ditanja i govora (izra\u017eavanja), zatim koje bi ih pripremile za tra\u017eenje posla i ravnopravno u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u dru\u0161tvu.<\/p>\n

Mladi i njihovi roditelji problem neadekvatnog strukturiranja slobodnog vremena tako\u0111e vide kao jedan od rizikofaktora za razvoj rizi\u010dnih pona\u0161anja. Postavljaju pitanje \u2013 kako to mladi mogu provoditi slobodno vreme, dru\u017eiti se i zabavljati, a da to ne podrazumeva upotrebu psihoaktivnih supstanci, me\u0111u kojima je i konzumacija alkohola? \u0160ta su to uop\u0161te danas zdravi stilovi \u017eivota, i kako se oni mogu realizovati u okru\u017eenju koje je puno socijalnih izazova i problema, koji se prote\u017eu na du\u017ei od (ne)bezbednog susedstva, do diskriminicije i marginalizacije nekih grupa unutar dru\u0161tva? Ne treba zaboraviti da osim potrebe da budu bezbedni, \u0161to jeste jedna od osnovnih potreba svakog \u010doveka, i potrebe da budu (finansijski) obezbe\u0111eni, mladi u svojim anketama pokazuju i \u017eelju da napreduju, da se razvijaju, da usavr\u0161avaju svoje jezi\u010dke (digitalne i druge) ve\u0161tine, ali i svojstveno razvojnoj fazi u kojoj se nalaze \u2013 provode zabavno vreme sa svojim vr\u0161njacima.<\/p>\n

Interesantno je ista\u0107i da rezultati istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da mladi i njihovi roditelji smatraju da, kako bi se to realizovalo, mladima nedostaju uzori za pona\u0161anje, drugi vr\u0161njaci koji bi bili pozitivni uzori u zajednici i koji bi mogli da motivi\u0161u druge i svoju zajednicu ka postepenoj promeni vrednosnog sistema i ustaljenih navika. Ve\u0107ina ispitanih smatra da sami omladinski radnici i radnice treba da budu uzori mladima. Dakle, motivacija za promenu u zajednici postoji, ali koji su sve akteri te zajednice koji tu promenu treba da ,,nose\u201d i da je u\u010dine odr\u017eivom?<\/p>\n

S druge strane, predstavnici institucija i organizacija navode brojne programe koji su na direktan ili indirektan na\u010din uklju\u010divali mlade iz rizi\u010dnih susedstva na teritoriji Novog Sada. Ti programi uklju\u010duju \u0161iroke oblasti, od (mentalnog i fizi\u010dkog) zdravlja, preko dru\u0161tvenih tema (npr. prevencije ekstremizma) do razvoja ve\u0161tina va\u017enih za tr\u017ei\u0161te rada. Ostaje nepoznat mehanizam na koji je ta participacija ostvarena, pogotovu kada se uzme u obzir da se veliki broj tih aktivnosti sprovodi daleko od naselja u kojima mladi \u017eive i koje su samim tim njima \u010desto nedostupne.<\/p>\n

Imaju\u0107i u vidu rezultate dobijene u ovom istra\u017eivanju, mo\u017ee se zaklju\u010diti da se problem konzumiranja alkohola kod mladih iz vulnerabilnih grupa mora sagledati iz vi\u0161e perspektiva. Sama priroda problema je vi\u0161eslojna i zahteva sistemski pristup izu\u010davanja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i sve identifikovane faktore kao zna\u010dajne za prevenciju i intervenciju. Drugi izazov predstavlja animiranje svih aktera u zajednici na u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u ovakvim programima, s obzirom na to da su postojale pote\u0161ko\u0107e sa motivisanjem institucija da uzmu u\u0107e\u0161\u0107e u ovom istra\u017eivanju. Predstavnici institucija i organizacija navode da su motivisani da u\u010destvuju u intesektorskim programima za mlade, pa jedan od prvih koraka bilo bi postavljanje takve platforme.<\/p>\n

Me\u0111utim, \u010dini se da multisistemski pristup problemu konzumacije alkohola kod mladih iz vulnerabilnih grupa ima jednu generalnu okosnicu kojoj se podre\u0111uju svi preostali faktori \u2013 sigurno okru\u017eenje<\/p>\n

Sigurno okru\u017eenje predstavlja va\u017ean faktor koji se pokazao zna\u010dajnim za mlade iz vulnerabilnih grupa, ali i za njihove porodice, u kontekstu redukcije konzumiranja alkohola. Geografski i sredinski mehanizmi su se pokazali kao ote\u017eavaju\u0107i \u010dinioci koji potencijalno mogu posredno da ugroze zdravlje mladih, deluju\u0107i preko razli\u010ditih infrastrukturnih nedostataka naselja u kojima se odvija svakodnevni \u017eivot (nedostatak \u0161kole, nepostojanje sankcija za distribuiranje psihoaktivnih supstanci, nemogu\u0107nost zaposlenja, udaljenost od grada, itd.). Dakle, razvoj saobra\u0107ajne infrastrukture, kao i infrastrukture naselja u kojima \u017eive deca i mladi iz vulnerabilnih grupa, zatim otvaranje institucija i prostora za mlade, jesu osnov za obezbe\u0111ivanje sigurnog okru\u017eenja u kom ostali \u010dinioci deluju me\u0111usobno izme\u0111u sebe, ostvaruju\u0107i ujedno efekat na pona\u0161anje i na ose\u0107aj sigurnosti tokom svakodnevnog funkcionisanja. \u010cini se da je ovaj problem najslo\u017eeniji, s obzirom na to da zahteva ozbiljne materijalne resurse, ali i ve\u0107i stepen umre\u017eavanja izme\u0111u vladinog i nevladinog sektora, kao i razli\u010ditih institucija, u cilju obezbe\u0111ivanja dugoro\u010dnog sigurnog okru\u017eenja za mlade koje bi predstavljalo bazu zdravog i funkcionalnog \u017eivota. Razli\u010dite aktivnosti koje bi podrazumevale pobolj\u0161anje \u017eivotnih uslova u kojima \u017eive deca i mladi iz vulnerabilnih grupa zapravo se oslanjaju na adekvatnu infrastrukturu naselja i me\u0111uresornu saradnju, te je obezbe\u0111ivanje takvih uslova klju\u010dno za razvoj dece i mladih, kao i oblikovanje drugih faktora koji doprinose njihovom razvoju.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
